One plan for your project

Free and Pro include the project workflow: feedback, Inbox, tickets, approved context, Missions, shared review, history and integrations. Your first project can stay on Free; additional projects use Pro. External testers are always free. They need no payment details or ChatGPT subscription.

Annual billing is selected first: Pro shows the full yearly charge. Choose Monthly to see the monthly charge. The approximate monthly equivalent is secondary; it is not the annual invoice. Subscription summaries keep actual monthly and yearly amounts separate when projects have different billing periods.

In Plan & budget → Overview, projects with existing Live or Agents subscriptions show Existing subscription agreements directly, including each subscription's monthly or yearly amount. These agreements stay separate from new plan prices. Published-price estimates are marked Estimate; an unknown amount is To confirm, not zero. Confirm purchased amounts in Polar when Astor cannot verify them. Only the billing owner can manage them.

Under Free & Pro, the short Multiple projects explanation and Manage projects link are visible without expanding a section. Each project keeps its own plan and pool; extra addresses inside the same project add no project fee. Reading these details or changing the price display starts no purchase.

Pro is priced per project, with more room for its team and metered work. A connected external service still needs its own supported account or configuration. The new-project form and pending-activation setup use the same full yearly or monthly amount. Saving a project starts no payment; setup keeps checkout availability and payment confirmation separate from installation. During creation, the shorter cost view keeps existing monthly and yearly subscriptions separate and never treats an unconfirmed amount as zero. The final Review your new total still shows the full payment breakdown.

Annual billing pays for 10 months and provides 12. Compared with 12 monthly payments, Pro saves $298 per year. The public pricing page defaults to annual billing. A 500-unit one-time pack is currently listed at $59, valid for six months. These are published estimates; the configured Polar checkout shows the final charge. Current units include Astor-funded AI and also meter Live and quoted agent work. Separate service budgets are planned.

Live — coming soon. Planned pilot: up to 5000 collected journeys/month, 7 days of history and up to 1 summary/week. This separate subscription is not available to buy yet.

Common quoted jobs: ticket review 6 units; Mission review 6 units; website context review 20 units; backlog review 20 units. Voice uses a session quote; Live follows configured volume allowances. Follow the exact total shown in your project before starting.

Read the same public estimates as Markdown or JSON. These files describe prices and limits; they contain no project information and do not start purchases or grant access.

Use Estimate project subscriptions under Managing multiple projects? on Pricing. Enter Projects and choose Free or Pro for the First project. The breakdown counts project subscriptions only; capacity and services are separate. A Free-only estimate needs no paid subscription.

What your units cover today

Included units fund supported Astor AI work. Today, Voice, larger analyses, Missions analysis, opt-in Live collection and quoted agent jobs draw from the same project meter. These units are not a separate, unlimited platform-work quota. Project settings → Plan & budget shows what is included, used or reserved, and remaining.

Ordinary written feedback and existing tickets remain available when the pool runs out. Reading data and ordinary manual edits do not create a paid AI job. Larger jobs show a total cost before starting; their included clarification does not generate small extra charges for each follow-up.

Written feedback, background matching and Mission transcription responses keep the cost rates captured when each response starts. These are provider-cost estimates, not reconciled invoices. A failed result can still use model work even when its project capacity is returned. Background matching records provider work separately; it does not deduct project units for each suggestion.

New ticket reviews retain their accepted model, units and estimate rates across included replies. Current saved questions use the same review’s cumulative estimated cost ceiling, without a charge per answer. An uncertain interrupted call still counts toward that ceiling; an eligible answer stopped by it stays saved for manual use. Earlier reviews without a historic rate snapshot use a separately identified continuation estimate, without inventing historic costs or charging more units.

New local Codex tasks retain their accepted project-unit quote and one total execution allowance. A necessary continuation of completed work adds no units; a retry of an attempt that returned its units reserves the original amount. The time limit does not restart between turns. Larger or changed work needs a separately reviewed task and total. This does not enable a local connector or include the connected provider's own usage charges.

Recorded cost estimates may accumulate across retries and several models. They are not period expenses or profit figures. Current catalog prices do not replace the accepted amounts of earlier purchases.

New Voice sessions keep their accepted live-audio and observation-sorting estimate rates through pause and resume. The session allowance includes clarification; these internal estimates do not add a charge per question.

New managed Agents reviews retain their accepted model, units and cost-estimate ceiling through retries. A new assignment gets a new total; the previous job and its capacity history stay unchanged.

Pricing shows three bounded Agents review examples, their total project units and included results. An enabled Agents connection and available capacity are required. A completed review supplies suggestions; it does not approve scope or verify an implementation.

Included capacity refreshes monthly, including on annual plans. Purchased packs last six calendar months from purchase. Capacity already reserved for ongoing work is shown separately.

A confirmed renewal of the same subscription keeps the unused portion of this month's included allowance available through the renewed paid period, up to the month boundary. It does not add another monthly allowance, carry earlier months forward or extend purchased-pack expiry.

Control extra spending

Pending internal team invitations reserve seats separately from work units. Users and Billing show used and reserved seats; joining, revocation or expiry updates that count. Testers and client reviewers do not use team seats. Extra paid seats remain unavailable.

The billing owner decides whether to buy more capacity. Extra automatic charges are off by default. Automatic top-ups are available only when the payment setup supports them and the owner explicitly enables a monthly cap; otherwise purchases stay manual.

When the pool is exhausted, buy more or wait for the included renewal. You can continue collecting written feedback and reviewing saved work.

Choose Pro from Pricing

Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Choose Pro. Sign in or create your account. Astor keeps your selected period and opens Your projects.

Choose Review Pro on the project you want to upgrade. Plan & budget → Free & Pro opens with the same billing period. If you have no project yet, choose Add project first; your first project still starts on Free.

In Plan & budget → Overview, a Free project's billing owner can see More room for this project when its internal seats are full or its actual shared capacity is low. The message shows current usage, Pro's monthly units and team size, and the selected period's project price. Review Pro opens the plan comparison; it does not buy or change anything. Purchased capacity is included in the remaining-pool check. Testers receive no project finance or upgrade prompt. Written feedback and saved tickets remain available on Free.

Only the project's billing owner can approve spending. Cancel selection returns to Your projects. Selecting Pro, signing in or choosing a project does not start a purchase or change its plan.

Review the actual checkout

Subscriptions and purchases use Polar. The configured checkout shows the final price and billing terms before payment. Project access changes after verified payment confirmation, not merely after returning from the checkout page.

After confirmation, Overview shows the project's current plan and included monthly capacity. Free & Pro marks that plan as Current. Each project's plan and pool stay separate; changing the billing period does not create another immediate monthly allowance.

Manage subscription opens Polar's organization-wide billing portal. The selected project's billing owner must also have access to all organization projects. Project-limited billing owners see who manages subscription changes; their ordinary project purchase and budget permissions remain separate. Returning from the portal keeps the selected project and organization.

In Project settings → Plan & budget, choose your plan or capacity pack and review Review your new total. Check the project, billing period and amount, then choose Continue to Polar. The checkout uses the reviewed catalog price. If that price or project does not match, Astor stops before opening the payment page and asks you to review the pending checkout.

An existing open checkout can be resumed with Resume in Polar. If the outcome is uncertain, check it before starting another purchase. See checkout troubleshooting.

Astor rechecks your current sign-in session, project access and billing permission while checking totals, saving a spending cap and opening checkout or the billing portal. If your session ends, Astor removes the earlier private billing view and opens sign-in again. A checkout already created in Polar remains pending for review; losing access does not cancel a purchase or activate a plan. Check that checkout before starting another purchase.

Payment confirmations can arrive late or more than once. Returning from checkout does not activate a plan. A refunded capacity pack adds no usable purchased units, and an older payment does not override a newer withdrawal of subscription access. Unused capacity from a refunded or revoked subscription is unavailable; independently purchased packs and the Free project's allowance remain separate. Releasing an interrupted job does not restore withdrawn capacity.

If a project subscription payment needs attention or paid access has ended, Plan & budget explains the current state. Activity labels withdrawn units as Removed. Check the order in Polar before buying again. Saved tickets, manual editing and ordinary written feedback on the Free project remain available. Testers do not see these payment details.

If Polar starts a new billing period before confirming its payment, Waiting for renewal confirmation appears once the previously paid access ends. A subscription status update alone does not extend paid access or grant Pro capacity. Saved feedback and tickets stay available. Astor stops a new subscription purchase while that renewal is unconfirmed; paid access resumes after the renewal payment is confirmed.

Planned service additions

Pricing marks the separate Live subscription as Coming soon and explains quoted Agents work. The Live pilot is not available to buy yet; its proposed limits are not active entitlements. Today’s opt-in Live continues under the current project meter. Separate agent work budgets and new plan-specific AI packs are planned. They do not replace your existing subscription or the current capacity checkout.

Use Estimated monthly visitors or its slider to explore collection capacity up to one million. The illustrative calculation assumes one collected journey per visitor and uses the current meter of 25 browser journeys per unit. Free and Pro figures are upper bounds from an entirely unused included pool; AI and other work reduce what is left. Visitor estimates are not measured traffic or a monthly price quote. The planned 5,000-journey pilot does not promise collection of every visitor or a representative sample of the full month. Site permission, delivery, daily limits and capacity affect coverage; the latest installation settings stop new journeys when capacity or the daily limit is exhausted. Already acknowledged journeys can continue within their original limits; stale settings may still produce a rejected first batch. No extra purchase starts by default.

Use Ask about Live or Discuss your projects on Pricing to contact support@astor.sh. A contact link does not place an order or activate collection.

Your own AI account

A supported local Codex connection uses the connected person’s provider account. Astor’s quoted work and that provider’s model usage are separate. A personal account does not become a shared AI budget for your team or background jobs.

Hosted use of a customer’s ChatGPT plan is not available in Astor yet. Ordinary ChatGPT identity sign-in does not enable it. The planned connection does not cover audio, video or transcription. Astor does not silently switch to Astor-funded AI when another account runs out.

Multiple projects

Manage access in Your projects. Each project keeps its own plan and budget. The Pricing estimator covers project subscriptions, before tax, and does not add planned services or automatic volume discounts. Contact Astor to discuss administration and consolidated invoicing; a larger agreement must be confirmed separately.
