Find the right settings

Choose Project settings in your current project’s sidebar. On mobile, choose More in the bottom navigation, then Project settings. Options depend on your project role. The project card in Your projects also keeps its Settings and Manage project links.

An unavailable or unknown settings section shows Settings unavailable. Choose Back to Inbox to return to the same project.

Open your profile beside your name and role, then choose Connected tools for your personal API keys and tool connections to the selected project. On mobile, use the profile icon in the top bar. The workspace navigation stays available.

Users remains in the sidebar. Open Project context directly from the sidebar or mobile navigation when your project role allows it. The project card in Your projects also keeps its context link. Personal profile and sign-in settings live in Your account.

If your session ends or project permissions change while you save, Astor rejects the change and rechecks the workspace. Old settings fields and actions are removed when they are no longer available. Reconnect or ask your project administrator, then read the saved settings before trying again.

Use environments for the same product

A published website, preview and local version of one product can be environments in one project. They share the project plan and context, while keeping their installation codes and recorded activity separate.

Choose Add environment and enter the Website address. Private elements to mask is visible before saving; use CSS selectors for private areas in screenshots and review every capture. Optional website settings keeps the website name and release reference together. Closing it preserves any values you entered. Leaving the name blank uses the address. Saving an environment does not enable Live.

Choose Edit environment to change its name, address, release reference or Private elements to mask. The privacy field is visible directly. If another window changes these settings, your save is rejected and your own input stays in the editor. Close and reopen it to review the latest saved values before trying again.

Changing an environment address invalidates its previous verification and pauses Live. Install and verify its new script before reactivating collection. Saved feedback and results keep their original website details.

Choose the feedback tools

In Installation, open Feedback toolbar. Element marking is required. Area marking, ideas, Missions, Screenshot, Voice feedback and the feedback list are optional. Movement, close and the controls needed to finish ongoing work remain available.

Closing Feedback toolbar keeps your unsaved choices while you stay in Installation. Choose Save toolbar to apply them; closing the section does not save.

Missions appear for testers only when enabled and an available Mission or unfinished run exists for their environment. Saving toolbar choices does not start a recording or enable Live.

Archive a project deliberately

Open Your projects, choose Manage project on the relevant card, then Archive project. Review the activity and subscription preview and confirm the exact project name before proceeding. Only an unrestricted workspace owner or admin can archive or restore projects. Use Archived in Your projects to restore one, including when there are no active projects. Archiving keeps saved material for restoration; it does not perform permanent erasure. Keep the project active while fixing a temporary loading or installation problem.
