Join from your personal link
Open the invitation sent by the project team. Sign in with the invited email address or create an Astor account using that address. Your link opens the invited project and, when assigned, the exact Mission.
Opening a different invitation in the same tab checks the new link and clears the previous project. An expired or revoked link shows a message instead of keeping an earlier invitation open.
You do not need to create your own project, choose a plan or enter payment details. The same account can be invited to other projects later. Each project controls your access separately.
Test the product
Read the task and any prerequisites before starting. Open the website from the invitation or project, then use its Astor panel. The project decides which feedback tools are available.
- Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected.
- Mark the relevant element or area when a location helps explain the issue.
- Use Explore an idea for a possible improvement.
- If assigned a Mission, report whether you completed it, got stuck or could not complete it.
See Leave feedback and Guided Missions.
Review before sharing
Check the proposed feedback and screenshots before confirming. Remove or mask private information. Microphone, screen and webcam use require your consent and browser permission. Optional recording is not required for ordinary written feedback.
You can move the toolbar or panel to reach content behind it. Drag its grip or header; the grip also supports arrow keys and Home to reset its position.
If access fails
Use the exact invited email address. An expired or revoked invitation needs a new link from the team. Removing you from one project does not delete your account or access to other projects.
Contact the project team if the Mission is unavailable or the website is not ready. Never share your personal invitation link with another tester.
