On mobile, move between the main project sections using the bottom navigation. More opens the additional sections your role permits. Your profile stays in the top bar.
See what needs a decision
Inbox collects written and spoken feedback, ideas, useful Mission results and Live findings. Its overview links directly to:
- Feedback to review: observations waiting for a decision.
- Decisions & reviews: work needing clarification or human review.
- Ready or in progress: chosen improvements being prepared or worked on.
- Completed: finished improvements.
These are useful filters, not a sequence of totals to add together. Some review and progress groups can overlap.
Review an observation
Open the item and read the original feedback, linked result or recorded activity. Similar wording can suggest related observations, but it does not prove they have the same cause.
For a Live finding, the observed count is visible before opening its statistical explanation. Numbered Open sample journey actions lead to the recorded examples; they do not identify unique people.
Related-ticket suggestions never link feedback automatically. If a suggestion is interrupted, your feedback remains available for a manual decision. A delayed reply cannot replace a newer matching attempt.
Choose whether to take the observation forward, link it to an existing improvement or set it aside. Taking it forward begins the ticket workflow. Linking support preserves the source rather than rewriting it into an unverified fact.
Recent decisions offer Undo when later work has not superseded them. Set-aside feedback remains available through its filter.
Find the relevant item
Search the loaded view, choose Source and select the relevant environment when needed. The source filter is visible beside the decision controls. Returning from a ticket, including with browser Back, keeps your search and source filter in the same open app. Switching projects, environments, accounts or access scope clears this view choice; it is not saved in browser storage. The list initially renders 24 observation cards; Show more reveals the next group. Search also covers loaded observations outside the visible group.
The coverage note is visible below the list without opening a section. It uses the server’s current limits: up to 100 recent feedback items and, where your project role permits, 30 Mission results and retained Live findings from the current UTC calendar week. Counts use the relevant website, page or declared signal; the week is still in progress. Testers only see their permitted feedback. Refresh when you need the latest server state. If Inbox cannot load, read the error and choose Try again. A failed refresh keeps already loaded observations visible.
Add feedback directly
Choose Leave feedback for a new observation. Add feedback or results offers the other collection options. Saved feedback returns here for a decision, rather than skipping straight to implementation.
