# Astor pricing

> Published estimates in USD before applicable tax. The project purchase review checks the configured price. Polar shows tax and the final charge before payment. A plan selection does not start a purchase.

Yearly billing is selected first. Pay for 10 months, get 12. Save $298 compared with 12 monthly payments. About $124/month, billed annually, is a secondary approximation; the actual yearly charge is $1,490.

The first project can stay on Free, with no card required. Additional projects have their own Pro subscription. External testers are always free, do not count as internal team members and need no AI subscription.

## Capacity and spending

Astor-funded AI, opt-in Live collection and quoted agent work share the current project units. Included capacity renews monthly, including annual subscriptions. written feedback, manual clarification, reading, comments, manual editing, existing tickets remain usable at zero units.

500 units: $59 as an optional one-time purchase, valid for 6 calendar months. This is the current catalog estimate, not a changed customer contract.

No extra purchase starts by default. Automatic top-ups need an explicit choice and a monthly cap where supported. Larger jobs show a total before starting; their follow-up questions are included. A larger scope needs a new approval.

These totals describe bounded reviews, subject to the project’s enabled tools and available capacity. Read the exact quote before starting; a completed job is a result to review. General cloud coding agents are not available.

These Astor-funded reviews require an enabled Agents connection and project access. They use available project units, including the monthly allowance; they do not require a separate review subscription. Read get_agents for availability and the review total, or get_work_quote with action backlog. Local Codex investigation/planning is a different contract with its own quoted work allowance and provider usage. Review all suggestions before changing approved scope.

## Live and your own AI

Current opt-in Live meters up to 25 browser journeys per unit, or 250 server events per unit. These are different measurements. Browser collection accepts at most 1,000 new journeys per project per UTC day, with up to 200 declared steps per journey. Contact Astor about an agreed setup. Collected journeys are not all visitors. A separate Live subscription, separate work budgets, new AI packs and additional paid seats are not available to buy yet. No planned price is a purchasable offer here.

The traffic estimator accepts up to 1,000,000 estimated monthly visitors. Illustrative: one collected journey per estimated visitor. Visitors, visits and journeys are different measurements. Divide illustrative journeys by 25 and round up for current-meter units. An unused included pool can cover at most Free: 1,000 journeys; Pro: 12,500 journeys, before other work. Collection settings, site permission, delivery and limits can reduce coverage. Collection pauses when the next batch cannot be covered; no extra purchase starts by default. The planned pilot caps at 5,000 journeys per month, not all visitors. Its price and high-volume setup require a verified offer; this estimator is not a quote.

A supported local tool uses the connected person’s provider account. The Astor project subscription and quoted work still apply; provider model usage is separate. Hosted use of a customer’s ChatGPT plan is not available. Identity sign-in does not enable it. There is no automatic Astor-funded fallback.
